Helpful Tips For Taking Your Pics

•	Having someone to help take the photos is helpful!...but don't worry you can do it on your own no problem!
•	Pulling your cheeks back with two fingers really helps get good pics, you can use a spoon too!

Smile and take a pic with your back teeth biting together.

Upper Arch Pic
Lean your head back open big and take a pic of your top teeth.

Lower Arch Pic
Tip your head down open big and take a pic of your bottom teeth.

Right Bite Pic
Bite down on your regular bite with back teeth touching. Pull back your right cheek as far as you can by using spoons or two fingers. Snap a pic looking directly at the right side of your mouth.

STEP 5:

Left Bite Pic
Bite down on your regular bite with back teeth touching. Pull back your left cheek as far as you can by using spoons or two fingers. Snap a pic looking directly at the left side of your mouth.

STEP 6:

Frontal Pic
Take a pic of you looking straight at the camera - no smile please.

STEP 7:

Smiling Pic
Take a pic of you smiling.

STEP 8:

Side Profile Pic
Take a pic of your profile. If you have long hair, please make sure hair is behind your ear.
